How long will it take to get my order?

We aim to ship all products within three business days days via 48hr post. The only exception is filters as these are usually made to order and can take 10 business days to ship.

What do I do if my order arrives damaged?

Unfortunately like all products posted damage can occur, however if you receive a damaged item please contact us on apexkoihelp@gmail.com and we will arrange a refund or replacement with this postage costs covered. 

I have decided that I would like to return the product?

Not a problem we offer a 14 day return policy, so if you would like to return your item for whatever’s reason we have you covered. Terms and conditions can be found HERE.
